KLM Royal Dutch Airlines allows one hand baggage up to 55 × 35 × 25 cm (21.7 × 13.8 × 9.8 in), wheels and handles included, plus a small bag up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm (15.7 × 11.8 × 5.9 in). Basic includes only the personal item on most routes. The two together can weigh up to 12 kg (26 lb).
